Lets start at what’s really going on.

A marriage and family therapist is trying to convince Google to drop a website from its popular, free blog host that promotes “boy love,” sexual relationships between men and adolescents.

Stacy L. Harp of Orange, Calif., told WorldNetDaily one of the readers of her weblog pointed out the site, called “Paiderastia: The Boy Love Revival.”

At the top of its homepage, the site explains it’s all about “erotic/mentor/spiritual love between adolescents and adults.”

Harp said, however, that not long after she exposed it yesterday morning, the “Paiderastia” site removed its most recent posts, including one dated April 9.

Also removed, according to Harp, was a podcast – a file with a radio-style report – that mocked the FBI. It was created through the podcast provider Liberated Syndication.

The site now begins with a Feb. 15 post that outlines the “Boylove Code of Ethics,” which includes this rule: “Intimacy with a boy should never develop into a sexual relationship without the boy fully consenting and understanding the social, legal, and health implications of the relationship.”

Harp, who also has a company called Active Christian Media, said that as “somebody who has recovered from child sexual abuse and has been working for four years as a therapist” she got “ticked off” when she saw the “boy love” website.

Harp spoke with a secretary at Google’s headquarters in Mountain View, Calif., but was told she must go to the company’s help-desk page online and fill out a complaint.

Harp had done that before with another complaint – when homosexual activists slandered her online – and got no response.

Google’s Mountain View, Calif., office has not responded to WND’s request for comment.

U.S. officials hunting child predators have considered websites like “Paiderastia” low priority because they are not explicit. But Harp fears such sites could lure children.

“It plays into the normalization of it,” she said. “The more you have it out there the more it’s available for children to see. Children are easily influenced.”

We can see from this article that the move is to get google to delist the site. The FBI has been informed but it’s low priority to them. That’s another topic altogether. We are going to concentrate on the Google aspect of the issue. Google chooses to do business in China and filter the internet to Chinese standards and yet is willing to list sites like this here in America. These sickos have no right to be listed on Google anymore than I do. Of course they are taking a common and extremely misguided stance on the whole thing. Here is a recent post on the site. There is a text link if you want to visit the site so proper citation for fair use has been met but I will be damned if I am going to give them an actual link on my site. I think these bastards should be be skinned and set on fire.

Currently “Paiderastia” is being attacked by certain conservative outlets, theocrats that have little respect for rational thought and freedom of speech. It is not only our ideas that offend and ignite these people, but any sort of openness and honest dialogue about fundamental rights for marginalized groups, be they homosexuals, racial minorities or gender issues. Boylove as a philosophy, however, is one of the easiest targets of these radicals because of the current witch-hunt hysteria that is plaguing our culture—an hysteria based in the fear that a boy actually has a personality and sexuality, and that he has a right to these attributes as equally as any other individual.

If we have anything to do about it won’t be certain conservative groups it will be every single right minded person in the United States. I am not a theocrat and I think that this sort of sickness has no place in polite society. I have all respect for freedom of speech but as stated before on this blog having a forum for that speech in the private sector is not any sort of right. In fact having a forum is a privilege that certain people should not be afforded. There is not one single shred of rational thought in the idea of so called “boylove” no not one. They are right about one thing. I do not support any open dialog on pedaresty. It is sick and those practcing it should be removed from society by whatever means necessary. The language in this paragraph is standard double speak. They are trying to raise those with sick minds who think boinking kids is alright to the level of our American brothers and sisters who happen to have darker skin fighting for their civil rights. It is nothing like that at all. The color of your skin doesn’t matter one iota when it comes to what rights you may or may not have. Putting your penis into little boys certainly does! It’s a freakin’ criminal offense!. There is not witch hunt against these people. At least not in the Salem witch trials sense of the phrase. If there is a witch hunt it is because these people are proven and truly witches. These sickos are using horrific imagery to invoke sympathy they do not even begin to deserve.

From Plato to Shakespeare to the current intellectualism of contemporary boylove, it has been stated time and again that the emphasis of our love and attention is the wellbeing of the boy. It is our constitutionally guarded, unalienable right to champion this virtue even in the face of hostility and death threats. Modern boylove, as the writings in this space and elsewhere show, can exist in the bounds of the law. We are a legitimate voice and we offer a legitimate critique of our culture.

I seem to have read a different Shakespeare. I seem to remember Romeo being close to the same as Juliet and Juliet being a girl! Romeo wasn’t running from Juliet’s father because he boinked a little boy. He was running because the families already hated each other. There is no current “intellectualism of contemporary boylove”. Intellectualism is defined as: Exercise or application of the intellect. If you use your mind at all you will know that old men screwing little boys is always wrong. You cannot be concerned with the wellbeing of a child if your main interest is to penetrate him. The only concern you have then is not getting caught. I am sorry if I am offending any of my readers but this language is necessary to highlight the actual desires of these sick bastards. It is not a virtue they are championing. It is sickness. It is not an constitutionally guarded right to promote criminal activities. Almost every single statement they make is false and provably so. This so called “boylove” cannot exist with the confines of the law. If it can then we need to be changing some laws and doing so pretty damn fast. They are not a legitimate voice no matter what kind of imagery they try to conjur up and make their cause palatable. They are the voice of sickness. They are the voice of child molesters. They are a voice our society would never miss if they went away. They are a voice that I will do everything within my power to cut off.

This is an international blog, but as stated by the first Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America, we, along with all citizens, have the fundamentally guarded right to express our views in the face of government, if not in any particular private realm. This liberty granted by the great document was confirmed by the Supreme Court of the United States in 1969, Stanly vs. Georgia, when the Court stated that “The right to think is the beginning of freedom, and speech must be protected from the government because speech is the beginning of thought.” (394 U.S. 557, 566 (1969))

This paragraph shows an complete ignorance of internet law. The server is within the United States and therefore governed by our laws. In fact the right they are claiming does not extend to the incitement of illegal acts. So their invocation of our Constitution is completely invalid. They may want to believe they have a right to say this crap, and the crap I am quoting they indeed have a right to say, but when it comes to screwing little boys, suggesting that any person do so, advice on how to do so, advice on legal defense for a person that has done so, their rights have ended.

Like every marginalized and suppressed population throughout history, ours is an issue of basic civil rights, not to break the law but to exist. Even as persecution comes from society at large and codified sources, so we reserve the right to challenge these issues in the form of speech, and in the hope that someday the blind scales of justice will balance.

Again they try to bring up images of slavery, the civil rights movement, women’s suffrage, and other noble causes to legitimize their sickness. They may have a right to challenge all of the laws but if they come near my children they will lose the right to take air into their lungs. Now for a minute let’s get back on topic. The movement is to get them delisted from Google. IIRC Google is a private company. No violation of their first amendment rights can be made by Google. If we can convince Google to delist them then that is our right. We can remove every single private avenue of expression for these sick bastards and still be within our rights and not have violated any of theirs.

All of this is over a movement to get them delisted from Google. They are going on and on, and ignorantly so, about civil rights and freedom of speech. Neither of those things has anything to do with Google, or any other search engine for that matter, as those things are only gauranteed from the government and not private entities. And still they go on with their drivel.

The Supreme Court has issued that the fundamental principle of the First Amendment is that government “may not prohibit the expression of an idea simply because society finds the idea itself offensive or disagreeable.” (Texas v. Johnson, 491 U.S. 397, 414
(1989))

They still seem to be missing that what they advocate is actually illegal. They want to cite the First Amendment as some Holy Grail that means they can say whatever they want and try to cite court cases to prove it but they fail to cite the following:

• The 1919 decisions in Schenck v. U.S. and Abrams v. U.S. established the Clear and Present Danger Test (Such as shouting “FIRE” in a crowded theatre
• In the 1920s, two cases, Gitlow v. New York (1925) and Whitney v. California (1927) established an even more conservative test - the Bad Tendency Test
  - The freedom of speech does not protect disturbances to the public peace, attempts to subvert the government, inciting crime, or corruption of morals.

Criminal Speech includes:
Inciting unlawful conduct (1) language directed to producing or urging, (2) imminent lawless action, (3) language likely to produce unlawful conduct. So what they are claiming is free speech is not even covered under out freedom of speech. If they would actually use their heads maybe they would get therapy instead of continuing to poke little boys!

There was a time when society was offended that a slave should be a free citizen. There was a time when society was offended that a woman should vote and hold property. The course of civilization is the struggle for justice. Currently boylovers are experiencing oppression akin to the times when society suffered its greatest failures: vigilantism, roundups, ghettos, propaganda, and state sanctioned murder. But someday these shall pass, and I have faith in humanity that justice will persevere.

All of those were horrible things. If someone in a black mask started offing you sickos tomorrow then I wouldn’t raise a hand to stop them. I think you gave your right to air when you started defending to penetration of little boys. You are a sick sick person who is ignorant of your actual rights, bereft of morals, and in need of lead poisoning, at least in my not so humble opinion.

Now that I am done showing the legal ignorance of these sickos I want to clearly state this: If these people ever come near me or my family I will be in fear for my life and the lives of my children and will act accordingly. If I were single I would hunt them down one by one and proudly serve the prison time associated with any thing I did upon finding them. I am not single and cannot care for my family from prison so that is not an option. I advise no person to do such a thing either as it would be illegal and God forbid these sickos have anything done to them outside the confines or a legal system that sees them as “low priority”.
