Don Imus was fired this week for doing his job. Don is a shock jock and he shocked people. He also realized that he was wrong and apologized. He was still fired thanks to racists like Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson. Yes I called them racists and it is because they are. They hold double standards for people because of their race and as such they are racists. They are part of the status quo keeping minorities down in this country. By constantly telling people they need help they create a large group of people who believe they cannot help themselves. They are race traitors in the same way the white power idiots claim people of being race traitors. If the black community stood up and said they didn’t need the government’s special treatment then these assholes would be out of a job. No self respecting church would let “Reverend” Jackson behind a pulpit and Sharpton is too stupid to get a real job. They have to keep their own race believing they really are second class citizens in order to keep their riches rolling in.
My Governor, ex candidate that is, Kinky Freidman said it best:

Speaking of which, there will always be plenty of Al Sharptons and Jesse Jacksons around. There will be plenty of cowardly executives, plenty of fair-weather friends, and plenty of Jehovah’s Bystanders, people who believe in God but just don’t want to get involved. In this crowd, it could be argued that we need a Don Imus just to wake us up once in a while.
I can’t say it better than Kinky! I want to go on the record and apologize for my country, my beloved country, becoming a shadow of what it has been in the past. For people allowing idiots like these to hold sway over the American people. As Penn says: You do not have a fucking right not to be offended. Panty waist bigots the lot of them. I hope they die slow and painful deaths. Fuck ‘em.
I don’t even know where to begin. We are still doing family dinner and while things are not necessarily better behavior-wise with the kiddos there is a better attitude throughout the house. It’s even helping me feel more recharged.
Work is great. I have no complaints about it at all. Of course this means I am waiting for the other shoe to drop but even that feeling is fading.
UberChristians is doing well.
My time however is suffering. I do not have much time to do anything at all on the net or even for myself. I have found a renewed appreciation for my family and life in general. It is not that I don’t want to write. I do. I want to tell about all the good things that are going on in my life. I just don’t have time to do it. I want to write about tech stuff I am doing. I want to write about how bad Vista ended up sucking. I want to write about how cool SLED 10 SP1 beta is. I just need the day to be a few hours longer. Right now I am neglecting something else I want to do to even get this out! Life is great and I am so busy I can’t even tell you all about it. The best part is that Lucero is next weekend!
Anyway maybe I will find some free time tonight and get some thoughts out and schedule some posts for later this week…
So I have been mad busy. Work and family mostly. I launched the Last Chance Diner which is a Cory Branan fan site. I also launched Uber Christians which is a message board that I really can’t explain. It is run on principles laid out in scripture but it is not run from an exclusive conservative point of view. It will be a fun experiment.
We, the family, also started having dinner together every night and doing Bible study right after dinner and singing hymns together before bed. It is very 1800’s and I am loving it. All this adds up to my having very little time for much of anything. So when I manage to manage my time better I will post on a more regular basis. Right now there are simply more important things to which I must attend.
